As fresh as can be physically possible. Our butters are made in small batches and dispatched, which allows us to delivery the butters as fresh as can be. There’s a reason why it tastes the way it does!

Uhm, no. Do not use these vile terms around our butters. They get self-conscious and might judge you for asking this question. There are no added preservatives used whatsoever and we cannot help but use 100% natural ingredients.

This is butter. It is literally a product of milk. Milk comes from cows. It is dairy and is definitely not vegan. Sorry. ☹

Yeah! Although butter is naturally gluten-free. Our butters have no added artificial flavours of any kind and definitely no added preservatives. There is absolutely no risk of you coming across any gluten in our delicious butters!

Our butters are perfect for your keto-friendly lifestyle. In fact, it may even become the cornerstone to your ketogenic diet! Our butters are carb-free (Except the Cinnamon & Maple & Salted Caramel) and about 80% fat. Our natural flavoured butters can also make some of the blandest foods irresistibly delectable. You’re welcome!

All our flavours are sugar-free except the Cinnamon and Maple & Salted Caramel. We tried to figure out how to reduce the sugar content in the Maple Syrup, but the Canadians got offended. And we cannot compromise on the ‘naturalness’ of our ingredients. (No un-natural sugars are added to our butters).

As of now, our butters come in one size of 125g per container. We will soon be introducing smaller and more tempting sizes, and some larger sizes, for all your butter needs and wants!

Once you order, a sealed box can be kept in the refrigerator for 45 days without any change to the butter itself. Once opened, we recommend that our butters be consumed within 30 days. Of course, we know you will finish I much faster!

Note: Garlic & Herb should be consumed within 20 days once opened due to the inclusion of natural herbs.

We do no have a standard subscription model but can make one for you just the way you like it. Please email us at order@butterandbeyond.com and let us understand your requirements.

Of course you can! You can cancel your order up until the time it is literally on the way to your home (which is likely the day of the delivery) and you will be informed when it is dispatched.

We prefer for the order to be a minimum of two (2) boxes for the shipping cost to be kept as free. However, if you are indeed not that far off, and you can assure us of how much you love us, we might just find a way to make it happen!

Let us know what you think might have happened and why you haven’t received your butter fix and we will send you another one or personally deliver the buttery goodness to your doorstep.

Yes, we do! Although samples are only available usually for hotels, commercial establishments, corporates (For gifting) or restaurants, we can arrange samples if you promise you will become a regular customer! Please note that we cannot prioritize samples and it may take more time as we deal with orders in hand.

Although we are currently offering only cash on delivery, we will very soon activate our online payment platform. You won’t have to wait too long for more convenience!

Why, yes we do! It will cost a little extra to prioritize your shipping, but it is a small price to pay for having your deliciousness in your hands faster, right?

We currently ship all across Dubai and are soon coming to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The Northern Emirates won’t have to wait much longer after.

Upon the placement of your order, you can expect it to arrive within 5 working days. We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays (although we would love to!). We would love to deliver it in 1 day but we cannot compromise on the ‘freshly-churned’ nature of our butter. We make it once you order for the ultimate in freshness and taste!

We keep asking ourselves these very existential questions. We have a passion for natural, organic, and true-to-its-roots production that focuses as much on the flavour as it does on the process of making the butter.

This could be one of the reasons our butters have now become diva’s, but still tweet that they are #humble. We can’t blame them; it’s their attitude that adds that kick to the flavour.
